incredible late fees w/ no contract

I have a delinquent payment with my pest control service, i just completely forgot that i didnt pay it. I got a letter in the mail w/ $125 late fee for an $80 service totalling my amount due to $205. Can they charge me a late fee that high or even at all with no contract or disclosure of any sort on a reipt or invoice?

No, you did not agree to those terms. I would expect that will be happy to get the $80, but now you should demand a full release agreement in exchange for that payment.
