Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
Internet Fraud?
I have paid for an order with an online company for books and dvds but have received not one item.
Their site shows every item has
shipped to me over a month ago. Ship to address is accurate. They will not respond to my emails or phone calls. What authority can I report this lack of reponse to?

Re: Internet Fraud?
You should contact the AZ Attorney General's office, Consurmer Fraud Division, and make a complaint. You might also contact the TV stations, such as channel 12 and 15, who do help consumers in these circumstances.
