Joined companies on a project partner never sent revenue
My husband got into a land deal with an architecht freind from his college days. This man was doing really well in land development, so we invested. The project went really well, after each of our initial investments and expenses were deducted we split the profit 50 50. My husband thought they could eventualy emabark on another project in time, so he left his share of the funds in the newly formed joint compnay's bank account. 2 years later the money is gone and this ''friend'' wont return our calls. Any ideas???
