Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
Law Suit and judgment
My former business partner in Arizona has fallen behind on payments to a supplier. They are going to sue me, then enter a judgment since I signed a personal guaranty several years ago. I work and reside in Texas. What can they do?

Re: Law Suit and judgment
They can sue you as guarantor and if they get a judgment, they can take it to Texas and try to collect on your assets there.
