Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
I have a LLC in Arizona and a lawsuit was filed against the corporation.I ignored this and resently the Plantiff was awarded the full some they where asking $22000. There was a writ of ganishment for monies or property angainst the LLC' bank account and $620 paid out. Question is is this a one time thing or can they garnishment happen again? and if so how do you recommend i procced.
Thank you,
Harold

The plaintiff will be able to continue enforcing the judgment. It would not be just to limit his recovery to the $620 that happened to be in the bank account on a particular day.
You should consult with a local attorney about the LLC's options, potentially including bankruptcy. What your options are will depend in part upon the nature of the judgment.
The earlier you get to an attorney, the better, because now it is too late for many options to be workable. Hoffman is right, you need to get to an attorney and lay out the details in order to get some advice on which options are remaining.
