Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
LLc protection
i have closed my company it was a llc and now a client that loaned the company money to start is taking me to court i tried to pay back but they needed to sign a form that they would not slander my company as they were allready doing and the would not sign so the remaining money was not paid back the summons states that breach of contract and alter ego we are not entitled to protection from this judgment as a result of the corporate form also states that i have a judgment against the company back in 2005 in which i had no knowledge pls help
