LLC Validity
Is an LLC in Arizona valid if the original documentation was signed by a friend who is a notary public? My business partner and I were out of the country at the timeof application. The business has been running for 10 months. The notary signed both of our names to the LLC document and then notarized it.
Is this, in fact, a valid LLC? Since I want to dissolve this LLC, does this fact give me any additional liberties such as claiming forgery?

What the notary did was fraudulent, criminal and stupid. Dissolution of an LLC is controlled by state law and the operating agreement, however, and should be dissolved according to the procedures prescribed by those sources.
