Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
lunch breaks and daily hours
Can a company that pays an annual salary mandate daily hours and if so, can they work someone from 7am-3pm without a lunch break? This is in Arizona. Also, this job required travel throughout the US. I was required to work a 40 hour week 7a - 3 pm with no lunch break and then travel outside my scheduled work hours. Is this legal?

This is not a business law question, but an employment/labor law question. Please re-submit in that category.
