Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
non compete law
I work for a home care company and I want to start my own agency.
Can my former employer enforce a non compete law here in AZ even if I did not sign an agreement?

Re: non compete law
I advise you to see an attorney to ask this question and organize your business. There is no such thing as a non-compete law. There are non-competition clauses in private contracts. An oral contract not to compete would seem unenforceable to me.
See an attorney and give him all the straight facts for a complete opinion. Good luck.
