Are non-compete laws legal in Arizona
I have been told that non-compete laws in AZ are not legal. Is this correct?

Contract clauses which limit competition must be reasonable as to time and geographical scope, but are enforceable if so. The "laws" governing this are common law contract precedents, not statutes.
