Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
I am owner of an auto repair shop. I leased the bodyshop section. At 8 months behind in rent, I requested they leave, and they did. However non-customer vehicle and equipment was left behind. Can I hold these items for past due rent owed me ?? Thanx, Steve
