Owning a companies products url name

If i own a url that has the name of a companies product in it and it goes to my companies website, can they sue me?

for instance if i owned a url that had the product name soley and that url goes to a page(not forwarded, and actual index page) that has my company name and that particular product i am selling, can the owners of the company that manufacturer that product sue me for using the product name as a url?

i am in the nutrition industry.
