partnership with new business
hi my friand have a business in the state of MA and he would like to move it to arizona change the name of the business (DBA) and after that to make my a prtner in the business
what kind of paper work do i need for the partnership ?
and where can i file them?

Just from the wording of your question I recommend that you get an attorney to prepare partnership agreements, and other paperwork needed. I do feel you will be doing yourself a favor. See an attorney. Do not attempt to do this yourself. You will not regret using an attorney in my opinion.
