Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
Two people sell the same products and meet in a coffee shop to discuss their products.Upon leaving party B says hey if I walk into a business and see your product in there I will not follow up with that customer, but if they don't have your product or only part of your product line I will try to sell them my product that they don't carry from you. Now the party A thinks party B should stay out of his customers completely and wants to take him to court over this. Theres no form Consideration in this agreement just two guys talking.
