Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
Can a plc be treated in the eyes of the irs as a sub s corp. would i need to do the same paperwork to convert a plc to a sub s corp as i would do to convert an llc to a sub s corp?

The same restrictions would apply to an LLC as to a PLC. And, there may be additional administrative limitations placed on the type of entity by the state authority governing the profession.
