Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
policy changes
Hello I was informed on Jan 29th that a new policy on how billing was going to change and that the new policy was going into affect on Feb.1. Is there a time frame that I should have recieved before the new policy went into effect. old policy: I would pay for hte days my child went to daycare. New policy: I am going to be billed mon- fri if he goes or doesn't go.

Re: policy changes
It would depend upon the agreement you have with the daycare provider. Their timing might be bad PR, but if you are able to stop taking your child for daycare, at any time that you wish, it would be appropriate for them to change the way they charge for services without prior notice to you.
