quickest way to stop a corrupt partner in a ''c'' corp
We have ''c'' corp with 2 DBAs. We have a parther who is the president my husband is the V.P. our partners wife is Secretary and I am the Treasurer. Our president is taking money out of our business accounts with out telling or paying us (that had been the agreement between all 4 partners for the last 4 years) He is going directl to the banks and w/d cash and cashing freinds checks against our business accounts. My husband has sat down with him on 4 different times to tell him this has to stop and how they were going to have him pay back the 72K that he had taken over a period of 3 months. He has not stopped, we have proof of what he has done. What do we need to do to get him off the accounts so we dont end up broke and in some sort or control.
