Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
register as a ''foreign LLC'' in Arizona
Hi there,
My question is regarding the creation of a new LLC. I currently live in Arizona and have been browsing through various websites that offer services in establishing and registering LLCs, for example: www.legalzoom.com
I have read from many sources that there may be taxation advantages in creating an LLc in another state (i.e. Delaware or Nevada) while continuing to operate the llc here in Arizona. Naturally, I would like to take advantage of as many tax breaks as possible, however i am weary of the consequences of establishing my lcc in another state and operating it here. My real question, is whether or not i will need to register my business here in Arizona IN ADDITION to registering it in Delaware or Nevada. If so, will I need to register the business as a ''foreign LLC'' here in Arizona?
Thank you for your time.
