How do I request a refund for item bought yesterday?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the answer is simple. Go to the place where you bought the item and say "I'd like a refund, please." Whether you get one or not is an entirely different story. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
