Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
S corp. buy out.
I own 45% and my wife owns 55% since we wanted the WBE cert. We have never used. I an the qualifying party of the electrical company. How do I get her out when she has more shares or can I? I understand buying her out but she will be hard to do. No buy out agreement was made.

Re: S corp. buy out.
Not sure what you mean by "get her out" unless a divorce is contemplated, in which case this is the wrong category. You then have a family law question.
You can come to a voluntary agreement to buy another owner's interest, or file a petition in the court for a dissolution of the company. The latter is also very challenging.
Good luck.
