Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
When I signed a contract with Paymentech to process my merchant account, I crossed out the early termination part of the Terms and Conditions. Now we are in disagreement weather or not it is a binding contract. My position is if they didn't want the changes then they souldn't have opened an account.

More facts are required in order to give you any comment on the terms of the contract. You should retain experienced legal counsel to review the contract as changed by you, as well as the facts and circumstances of how the contract was made.
