Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
What is the statue of Limitations for a Non-Compete in Arizona
I signed a non-compete agreement in Arizona about 6 months after I was hired. I quit the job and for two years my former company has been threatening to sue me for going into business myself. What is the statue of limitations for a non-compete agreement in Arizona?

First the non compete agreement has to be research, if it will hold up. Second there is to decide in which way you are competing. Without the agreement thre is no good advice.
