Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
Can I sue my Artist's Cooperative LLC ?
In 1999, my photos were approved by the jury committee provided they were displayed in mats. Last year, after spending over$2000 on materials and training I displayed my photos and the current jury committee has rejected my photos. The management committee has backed them up. There is no written policy giving them all the authority to do this to me. Do I have grounds for a financial and/or pain and suffering lawsuit?

Re: Can I sue my Artist's Cooperative LLC ?
It is not possible to answer your question, without more facts and an understanding of what agreement you had with the committee to mat your photos. Your problem is also the statute of limitations, that is, has the time run out for you to file a suit. The answer to that depends upon the cause of action/claim you bring and what is the SOL regarding that claim.
