Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
I am currently being sued. I sent my answer with a counterclaim. The plaintiff never gave an answer to the counterclaim. Do I need to give the plaintiff all evidence for the answer and counterclaim?

Once the Plaintiff files a Reply to your counterclaims, you will both have to comply with Arizona Rule of Civil Procedure 26.1, which outlines what must be turned over the other party.
