Being Sued For Business Debt
I have been served with a summons on a business debt that was fraudulently inflated to reflect over $12,000.00 more than the original debt. I have been fighting to get a true accounting on this debt for almost two years to no avail. Now they want to take me to court. I have until 3/26 to answer the complaint. I also want to file a counter claim for fraud. Please advise.
