Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
Telegraphic transfer/wire fraud
I sent a $24K wire as a deposit for some volume product I was purchasing. After making this wire transfer, my goods were never shipped and the supplier stopped communicating with me. How do I get this money back?

Re: Telegraphic transfer/wire fraud
Hi,
That depends on your particular circumstances. But, the best way is to obtain either the products or the monies from the vendor, as this will lead to the quickest result. Otherwise, you will have to file a lawsuit in Court, and the vendor may or may not appear, then you will have to find assets to attach, if there are any, and hope that the vendor does not file for bankruptcy.
I hope this information was helpful.
Regards,
