Termination of contract while in breach of same
Can a party that has breached provisions of a written contract on numerous occasions, which remain uncured, terminate the contract allegeding breach of contract by the
other party?

Being in breach of a contract does not exclude the fact that the opposite party is also in breach of the conract and therefore can terminate the contract, eventually a clause in the contract documents discribes the details.
