Thrift store new and used items

I am opening a second hand store that will consist of used but some new items. Is there any copy or trademark laws that I need to be aware of? What type of lawyer should I go to?

A general business lawyer should be fine. I am not sure what you are referring to when you ask if there are any copy or trademark laws that I need to be aware of. If you sell knock-offs, you could run afoul of the law.
