trade names
what are the benefits to having a trade name registered? and what do i do if I have a trade name registered to me but a current business is already using the name? Can I make them change the name of their business or sell the trade name to them?

Wonderiong why you want to establish a trade name. you can apply by the Secretary of State. If the name is not in use it willbe granted, but the "other" company may has grandfather rights
