49% interest will own 100% of said ''interest''?

sorry but if you read your question again you will see it is somewhat unintelligible. Are you asking if 51 plus 49 equals 100? What is the question here? What are the facts?

If your question is: 51% partner is giving all of his interest to the 49% partner, does that mean the 49% partner now owns 100% of the business?...then the answer is yes.
