Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
TV Station Logo
Can I use a TV network station logo on my ad on TV antenna installation using the ''fair use'' clause under the US copyright law? Or do I have to request permission from each network? The TV stations will be the end beneficiary from the antenna install since they will be the one's having the TV viewers. We will only be making profit on the installation itself.

Re: TV Station Logo
I would absolutely get a license from the TV Station. "Fair Use" will not cover your use in this situation.
