Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona

Is this unethical or illegal?

I recently fired an employee, and since that time he has been contacting my clients and trying to interfere with our contracts. I have filed a suit against him for this. Since then, my business threw a Grand Opening of a new location for it's biggest clients. While the festivities were going on, my ex employee (or someone acting on his behalf), came onto our property and placed fliers on everyones cars stating he can beat our prices and to call him before they bought from us. My questions are A) Were his actions just tacky or did he break any laws, and B)Is there any way to restrain him from his interference between now and our court date. Thank You

Just get an injunction and he will stop
