Video and Audio Taping without Consent
Is it legal in the State of Arizona for a customer to record a business meeting with video and audio tape without telling the other party in the meeting that he is doing so. Can this information then be used in court.

It is legally permissible, but horrible PR. I assume it was done in a public place or in a store most of which was open to the public.
Most business video tape their customers without permission, don't they? Turn about is fair play.
