Legal Question in Business Law in Arizona
Will Arizona view us as "transacting business" in state?
We live in Arizona. Our LLC is in Wyoming. We contract services (short term project management). Our clients are in Australia and New Zealand. Their products/services/customers are not in the U.S. or U.S. territories. We have freelancers in the Philippines. My wife and I are members active in the business.

Most likely yes, the members of the LLC both live in Arizona. You are the ones engaging in business by contracting services; therefore, you are transacting business in Arizona.
