Bipolar Disorder
If you have bipolar disorder can you be placed in
jail before your treatments begin.

People with disabilities are sentenced to confinement all the time. If you are under a sentence of incarceration you will have to begin serving that sentence when ordered. Treatment must be arranged with the institution where you are confined.
The answer to your question is "yes." You can be incarcerated prior to begining treatments for a disorder, but you can receive treatment and medications while confined.
