Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arizona
my boyfriend and i break up and i told him that theres a posibility that i could be pregnant, i'm leaving the state of AZ and moved back to FL but he said he will file a court order to keep me in AZ till he finds out if im pregnant or not can he do that?

This is a family law question not a civil rights law question. But no I do not think he can prevent you from going wherever you desire just because of a possibility you may be pregnant. Even if you were confirmed to be expecting, this still would not allow him to limit your traveling freedom. It's a different story once a child is born. Then they generally don't want either parent leaving the state with the child (or even 100 miles from the former couple's residence) without court permission.
