Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arizona
My boyfriend moved to Colorado for a few months and left his motorcycle at a friends. They got into an argument and now his friend is threatening to destroy the bike. My boyfriend wants me to go pick up the bike and take it with me. He has also sent me the title for the bike, signed and notarized . Is there anything preventing me from picking up the bike or will I get in trouble for doing so? What should I do?

You own the bike. If the friend refuses to hand it over, you can get a sheriff to escort you to retrieve your property. Or go to a court for a court order of same.
