Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arizona
cival case
i have filed a cival suit against a party. The party is hiding so now i can't have him served. I was told if i ran an article in the newspaper that that is a legal way of serving him. Is this true?

Re: cival case
Only with court permission. You have to find them and serve them or get the court to allow it by publication before you can have the case heard. Usually this requires evidence of attempted service. You can also ask the court to extend the amount of time you have to effect service if you can show the other party is hiding.
