I was convicted for attempted possion of marijuana a class 3 felony.is attempted possion considerd a drug crime ?if so will it affect me for grants and scholarships for school ?

Yes, it is a drug-related crime, of course. I don't have any way of knowing whether it would affect your ability to obtain a particular grant or scholarship for school. It would depend on that scholarship's requirements and whether and what kind of background check they perform.
