Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arizona

My ex-business partner made charges on my credit card without my authorization a

My ex-business partners made unauthorized charges on my credit card and ups account. I contacted my credit company and informed them of the situation. The credit company rejected my case saying that it was out of their hands because she indeed had access to my accounts. BUT SHE MADE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. I also have written proof of her acknowledging these charges and stating that she would pay for her unauthorized charges. I contact her on a weekly basis and she makes excuses: ''i have cancer'', I got in an accident'', ''my father is dying'', but I'll give you the money next week type of stories...It has been six months so far, I haven't recieved a dime.Yet I do have proof. What is the most thorough way to execute this case? Thank you, I greatly appreciate your advice.

Sincerely yours,
