Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arizona

my ex fiance and I had a home equity line of credit in both of our names. He has taken all of that money (80K) out of the joint acct and put it into an acct solely in his name. He is refusing to pay that money back. Is there anyway that I can get my name unassociated with that loan?

Your bigger concern should be that he absconded with the money without your permission. You deserve to have half of it returned to you. That's what I would work on before trying to get your name unassociated with "that loan" (do you mean the equity line of credit?).
