illegal surveillance

my nieghborhood in tucson,Az is doing a pilot project with the meth free alliance we have found out the police have had our homes and streets under 24 surveillance using sound accoustic surveillance,which we believe has been obtained from the local airforce base what steps should we take to undo this wrong
