Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arizona
How to marry an incarcerated individual
My boyfriend is incarcerated in county jail, and we would like to be married, but, his public defender is not being cooperative. What can we do? We want to be married.
Thank you.

The matter has nothing to do with the public defender. Contact the administrative officials of the jail to find out whether or not you can get permission to marry and, if so, what the procedure is.
