Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arizona
Neighbors tree on my property
My neighbor has a pine tree that is 80-85% on my property but the trunk is on his side. It has needles everywhere causing a fire hazard and it is over my roof. He refuses to let me cut it to the property line or to trim it. It doesnt matter if I clean up the needles because he never does so his just blow over to my side. HELP Please

Bring an action against him to either trim the tree back or give you permission to do the same and to reimburse you for the cost of doing so.
Good luck.
