Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arizona
property abandonment
I would like to know how to get someone's personal belongings off of my property? This person has been asked, told, demanded and still she refuses. She feels that she is above the law. She will not return any calls. Help. Thanks

Re: property abandonment
Send a certified letter telling her that you are exerting a storage charge of $X per day for the storage of her personal property. Advise her that if satisfactory arrangements for the removal of her property are not made within 30 days you will assert a storage lien for the charges, foreclose the lien and sell her property to the highest bidder. That may do it.
