I have been served with an injunction of harrassment what are my rights to fighting this?

First, ask yourself whether you have been doing the behavior and stop it. Second, you can go to the court and explain why the injunction should be invalidated.
If the court believes you, then it is possible to have the injunction order vacated.
Otherwise, the injunction may expire naturally, but you'll have to read it to find that out.
