Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arizona
How strong are your Constitutional Rights/Civil Rights in the Court of due process in relation to "right2drive" common law of locomotion where you have the right to drive a private automobile without a drivers license, registration (no plate on car) and insurance. It is all a Right vs Privilege as state governments would have you believe so they can control and take your money. If you google "right2drive" and check the options: lawyerdude and the Police Bulletin link: http://thecountryguard.org/right-2-drive-1.html link
Please give me your thoughts since I'm going to court Oct 5 using this principle as my defense against the state of Arizona. Thank you in advance for your time...James

This defense is unlikely to work. It likely wouldn't even pass the judge's straight-face test. Black letter law says driving is a privilege that each state can grant or revoke. It is not a right. Sorry.
