can i be sued by the parents of a girl who dont want me to go see her if i go visit her in her state?

One can always sue; the question is, can one win?
Your question does not present enough facts to answer, but if the girl is underage, the parents can probably obtain a restraining order against you. If you violate the order, you could be guilty of a criminal act.
I am hoping that you are reasonably close in age to this girl, and that you are not a pedophile.
