who do i contact if my credit card is used by someone else

I have an e-mail address for this person who has illegally used my credit card to access porn on the web. I was wondering what office or agency that I can report it to . I would like to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

Interstate CC fraud falls within the jurisdiction of the FBI.
