Legal Question in Technology Law in Arizona

Email

I have an email account that was got into by a person that I know and they emailed me saying that they figured my password out and I cant get back in it cause they changed my password and I have written proff of them saying this. Can she get in trouble?

If this is all good natured, then just a warning would be appropriate. But if this is malicious then your school probably has a policy covering this and the prof will know it.
